A Free RPG starter kit to use as tutorial assets, to build upon, or to make a simple game from.
Hi everyone! I made this wonderful asset pack to provide game makers with a good start for their very own Pixel RPGs. Originally I made this for my one of my own projects, but I figured that by releasing it here, I can help people get a good start on their own projects as well. It contains practically everything I used to start my own project with, so in that way this is a very good asset pack that can teach you or familiarize you with what you would need, if you would ever want to start making your own assets! This pack contains tilemaps, props and a whole bunch of characters.
This is the base pack for a few expansions I will be releasing. So be sure to follow to stay updated!
This pack contains:
- 60+ environmental props to liven up your world
- Walk, idle, hurt, attack and death animations for 10 different human variants
- Template player spritesheets with 13 different hairstyles
- Water, dirt, grass, sand and pavement tilesets
- Goblin, Ranger and Bandit enemy spritesheets
- 2 tools and 3 weapons and their animation
- Custom effects for arrow hits
